Synopses:
SOUTHERN HAUNT
Addison, the last of her family line, is holding court behind the bar of the local dive, when Ty, a Brooklyn hipster with a serious case of writer’s block, comes looking for a story. But they both get more than they bargained for, as the hot, late night awakens ghosts of the past…recent and otherwise. A sexy Southern gothic thriller, set in the city of Savannah.
SMALL TOWN VALUES
John and Jane were high school sweethearts. Jane and Maryjane are best friends. Emma is back in the town where she grew up, where nothing ever changes—until suddenly nothing will ever be the same. An unexpected love story about the strange passage of time and what happens when you let go of all the old rules.
ROMEO & NAOMI RAMIREZ
She’s a rookie cop on her first undercover narcotics assignment. He’s an Honors English student trying to live up to his Shakespearean name. And this is Florida, with some of the toughest drug laws in the nation. So is it a love story…or a tragedy? Whose version are you going to believe?
SEE BAT FLY
Bat biologist Melanie lands in Albuquerque, looking for an experimental treatment for her nightmares, but what she finds is her nerdy physicist brother, the wisdom of a short-order-cook-turned-shaman, and a Christmas Eve so weird it might be the new family tradition. A play about life’s mysteries and finding your way in the dark.
SIX SCENES IN A THEATER
Set here and now, in an empty college theater, as students get ready for a production of Thornton Wilder’s Our Town – and 50 years earlier, when a production of Our Town was suddenly cancelled. This play is a love letter to people who make theater…and the ghosts that won’t let them go.
