Eduardo Sicangco

Eduardo Sicangco has designed sets and costumes for theatre, dance, opera, film, television, and commercial reviews. New York credits include the Broadway revival of Gentlemen Prefer Blondes, The Spring Christmas Spectacular at Radio City Music Hall, Call Me Madam at NYCity Center, The Gershwin Celebration at BAM and on PBS, Carmen at NYCity Opera, and Off-Broadway premiers of Das Barbecu, Charles Busch’s Queen Amarantha, among others. Regionally, his work has been seen at Houston’s Theatre Under the Stars, Kennedy Center, Houston Grand Opera, Ballet Florida, Goodspeed Opera House, McCarter Stage, Hartford Stage, Seattle Rep., Cincinnati Playhouse, among others. His film design includes mural designs for Francis Ford Coppola’s “The Cotton Club” and Carolco’s remake of “Lolita” as well as designs for Walt Disney’s “World on Ice,” and “High Flying Country” for Dolly Parton’s Music Mansion Theatre. Recent credits include Broadway Bares at Roseland, Romeo and Juliet for Ballet Philippines, and several editions of Ringling Bros./Barnum and Bailey Circus.
